Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. We ship with the Dutch postal service (Post.nl), which offsets their carbon footprint. Please check the delivery times and respective costs for your region below:

Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. 
* Due to BREXIT shipments to the UK could not only suffer some delay, but you might also have to pay duty fees. Please check with your local customs.

Return, Refund &
Exchange Policy

We want to ensure a unique and personal shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all goods returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date. Goods are only eligible for a return, refund or exchange provided that they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.

To start the return, refund, or exchange process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request at contact@minimuc.com. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for us to receive and process your concerns. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you if you apply for a refund or not. If the refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return costs will be deducted from your refund unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
